Acceptance
By using or subscribing to the Platform you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you subscribe on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions are monthly or yearly according to the chosen plan and start when the Subscriber's panel is activated.
- Fees are paid in advance for the whole period against an invoice we send; a subscription is not active before payment unless agreed otherwise.
- Published prices may change; changes never affect a paid period in progress and are announced before they apply to a renewal.
- When a subscription ends without renewal, access to the panel is suspended and data is kept as described under "Ending a subscription".
Upgrades and plan changes
The Subscriber may ask to upgrade or change the plan at any time from inside the Platform or by contacting us; differences are prorated for the remaining period unless agreed otherwise.
Refunds and cancellation
- The Subscriber may stop renewal at any time; the subscription continues until the end of the paid period.
- Fees for a period that has started are not refundable, unless we are unable to provide the service for a reason attributable to us, in which case the remaining period is refunded.
Subscriber obligations
- Keep sign-in details confidential, enable two-factor sign-in where possible, and take responsibility for everything done through its users' accounts.
- Ensure the accuracy of the data entered, including invoice and tax data, and remain responsible for its own legal and tax obligations.
- Not use the Platform for any activity that breaks the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or send offensive or unlawful content through chats.
- Not attempt to breach or disrupt the Platform or access other subscribers' data.
Data and ownership
- Data entered by the Subscriber belongs to the Subscriber and is used only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Every Subscriber has a separate database and may download a backup of its data at any time during the subscription.
- The Platform, its software, designs and trademarks belong to SYOOF WEB; a subscription grants no right to copy or resell them.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties such as ZATCA's Fatoora platform, payment gateways, AI and video-call providers. We do our best to keep them working but are not responsible for their outages or changes to their terms.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the Platform available around the clock; it may pause briefly for maintenance or updates, which we announce in advance where possible. Support is provided through in-app tickets and our contact channels during working hours.
Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from its use, and in all cases our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid for the last three months.
Ending a subscription
- We may suspend any account that breaches these Terms after notice, or immediately in case of a security risk.
- After a subscription ends we keep the Subscriber's data for 90 days, during which it may renew or request a copy; afterwards we may delete it permanently.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and show the last-updated date at the top of this page; continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute after an attempt to settle it amicably.
