Introduction
SYOOF WEB respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Almizan platform or its website, and how we use and protect it, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
Data we collect
- Contact details you send through the «Contact us» form: name, company, mobile, e-mail and message.
- Subscriber and user account data: name, e-mail and password (stored as an irreversible hash).
- Data the Subscriber enters in its panel: clients, invoices, expenses, employees, chats, files and so on.
- Technical data needed for security: IP address, device type and sign-in times, to protect accounts from attacks.
How we use data
- To provide the service, run the Subscriber's panel and send the notifications and invoices it requests.
- To answer your requests and provide support.
- To protect the Platform and detect abuse.
- We never sell your data or share it for marketing with anyone.
Isolation and protection
- Every Subscriber has its own database, completely separate from others.
- All connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and keys and secrets are stored encrypted.
- Fine-grained user permissions, a full audit log and optional two-factor sign-in.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only as far as needed for the features a Subscriber enables, such as sending invoices to ZATCA, payment gateways for online payments, AI, video-call and notification providers when used, or when a competent authority requests it under the law.
Retention
We keep a Subscriber's data for the whole subscription and 90 days after it ends, then delete it, unless the law requires longer. Contact requests are kept as long as needed to serve you.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data by contacting us, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers; the app uses your device's local storage only to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme.
Changes
We may update this policy and show the last-updated date at the top of the page.
